★ Who makes these bags?

I do! Every single bag is handmade to order by me, so if you want any adjustments let me know!

 

★ Can I have this bag in a different colour/size/different strap?

Yes, I am more than happy to make any adjustments you'd like - fill in this form here.

 

★ I have seen a bag on your Instagram but it's not listed on your website?

Some bags that are on my Instagram are custom made bags, but if you're interested in purchasing one just fill in this form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.

 

★ Will the bag break?

Every bag is made using a very strong wire that can hold up to 35lbs so they shouldn't break. I have never had any issues with mine nor have I had any customers reporting issues to me!

 

★ Can I cancel my order? 

You have 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email to cancel your order. To do so, email me at sales@sophievansbags.com with your order number.
